Return Policy
   

At HystWare our primary goal is customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. However, if you wish to return an item purchased from our website, we offer the following guidelines. Keep in mind that this is a General Policy Statement and we do understand that unusual circumstances may occur from time to time. We will go out of our way to accommodate you.

This General Policy Statement applies to product purchased from our website only and is subject to the following conditions:
 

1. Software cannot be returned if it has been opened. If it can be determined that a replication error may have occurred, we will only exchange the item. In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping costs to us. Once received, we will exchange and re-ship the software item at no cost to you.
 
2. You must Contact us first to obtain an Exchange Authorization. 
 
3. We cannot refund shipping charges. If your order is damaged in the process of being delivered the carrier, UPS is responsible. Examine all goods upon receipt for possible shipping damage and report any such damage to the carrier immediately. Keep all of the packaging from the damaged order, the carrier may need to examine it during the claims process.
 
4. We cannot warrant or guarantee that our software product is compatible with the computer that you have or intend to install it on. In the event of a problem we will do our absolute best to resolve any installation problem you may have.
