| Examine your companys needs |
|
| |
In this process we will discuss what basics your company needs to get out of the software, once we have determined the necessities then we can go further into the "wants" or "wish list" items of the application.
To keep things manageable for both of us we will do the project in a series of steps each of which can be done at a later date to save money.

| Contract for development |
|
| |
After we have determined the application can be developed in a cost effective way we will present a contract to you which will include a full price of development. After we have established the contract we will proceed with development, we have 5 Steps from start to completion listed below.
Step 1 (Communication with your Project leader)
In this step we will determine the overall needs and layout of the softwares Main functions you need the application to do
The appearance of the application (work flow your employees / customers will take)
Step 2 (Design work)
Here we will start the design of the application, laying out how the application will flow from one task to the other, any custom images logos or other items of interest we have discussed.
Approval of the layout from your company.
At any time this step can be halted and held to be completed at a later date.
Step 3 (Code development)
After step 2 has been completed and approved we will then start on the code of the application, during this step there will be a lot of communication between our programmer and your company.
We will send Alpha and Beta software to you, this is to allow your company to test certain functions that are in development.
At any time this step can be halted and held to be completed at a later date.
Step 4 (Beta Testing)
Here we send a "Full Install" of the application for your company to test, this phase will test how well the overall design works and will locate most of the bugs.
During beta testing all issues found will be fixed and a new issue of the software will be supplied to your company.
Approval of the overall function from your company.
At any time this step can be halted and held to be completed at a later date.
Step 5 (Deployment)
In this phase we will create a fully functional installation of the software, if requested we can develop a help system to guide any questions your employees or customers may have.
You will receive the full application with installer / uninstaller, the code for the application and any documentation that is relevant to the project.
The remaining balance of the contract price will be due at this time.
